IIT launches a lecture for the students to develop an interest in science and other related fields. The students nowadays show less interest in these subjects. This is the reason behind launching a lecture for the students to create an interest in scientific fields. It will help the students as well as teachers to understand diverse aspects of the scientific world.

The students are now dealing with new challenges with the fields of various scientific branches. The students cannot follow up the various methods and procedures of the different features of developing scientific research findings and news.

To keep the students updated and modernize with the current scenario of the world of science. So, it is a significant and worthy attempt to arrange a lecture for the students to develop an interest in the subjects like science.

The Indian Institute of Technology also called IIT is a set of learning institutes for creating or evolving great engineers, scientists, as well as technologists across the country, India. The Indian Institute of Technology has great relevance in national development because it increases the growth and progress of industrial development and scientists, technologists, and engineers.

The first IIT in India was started in the year 1951 and it was IIT Kharagpur. Later IIT Bombay in 1958. The lists are continuing as IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur in 1959, IIT Delhi in 1961, IIT Guwahati in 1994, and IIT Roorkee in 2001. The IITs are autonomous Institute have their boards of directors by the IIT Act of 1961.
